How do I register?
To register on OrquideaShop, go to the user menu at the top on the tablet or desktop version, or tap the menu on the smartphone version, and choose the Register now (New customer) option.
Manual registration
You can fill in the registration form manually with your basic details: first and last name, email and password. Once the basic details are complete, you can access your profile at any time to complete or change your information.
Registration with Facebook
The quickest way to register is through your Facebook account. First, you need to have your Facebook account open. Simply click Facebook login and follow the steps indicated. Only the public information on your profile will be accessed. You can consult the social network's own privacy policies at any time, as well as configure your profile to protect your privacy. PERLAS ORQUIDEA S.A. accesses and processes the user's public information, in particular the contact name. For more information, please read the data protection section. This data is used only within the social network itself. It is not added to any file.
How do I sign in?

Just choose the sign in with Facebook option in the login menu and give the application permission so that we can read your email account and the basic details of your public profile. You will be signed in automatically so that you can use your account on OrquideaShop.
How do I change my details?
You can change your details at any time. To do so, sign in and go to your user account. From there you can view and change your registration details, shipping details, billing details and change your password. Please note that any change will only apply from your next purchase onwards.
Do I need to register in order to place an order?
Yes, you need to be registered and to create a user account in order to make a purchase in our online store. You can browse the online catalogue, search for items and view offers without being registered, but as soon as you want to make a purchase we will ask you to register in order to complete your order. For future orders in our online store, being registered makes the checkout process faster, in addition to the associated benefits.
